Step 1: Book Your Crate

Start by choosing the crate size you need. We’ll deliver a heavy-duty, reusable crate right to your doorstep using our zero-emission vehicle. Each crate is clean, secure, and easy to pack.

Step 2: Fill It With Your Approved Items

Place your high-quality, gently-used, shippable items inside. We specialize in items with an expected resale value of $50 or more, things like small electronics, premium kitchen tools, collectibles, designer goods, instruments, and other easily shippable valuables.

If you aren’t sure whether something qualifies, our team is happy to review it.

Step 3: Pickup at Your Convenience

Once your crate is ready, schedule a pickup. We’ll collect your filled crate directly from your home, with no hauling, drop-offs, or meet-ups required.

Step 4: Professional Prep & Presentation

This is where the real work begins. Every item is:

Cleaned and prepped (if needed)
Professionally photographed
Researched and priced appropriately
Listed on the platform that will bring the best return, often eBay, but sometimes alternative
Listed on the platform that will bring the best return, often eBay, but sometimes alternative marketplaces depending on the item

You get a full-service resale expert without lifting a finger.

Step 5: We Handle Buyers, Questions & Shipping

As your listings go live, our team manages everything:

Buyer communication
Offers and negotiations
Secure payment processing
Safe, efficient packaging and shipping
Handling returns when required

You stay completely out of the chaos of selling with no messages at midnight, no packing tape, no “is this still available?

Step 6: Choose Your Payout Style

Depending on your items, you’ll select either:

Consignment Payout
You receive a percentage of the final sale after the item sells.
