If your item remains unsold after the 180-day consignment period, it is considered abandoned. In line with Cratefull's mission of "Environmental Stewardship" and to ensure an effortless experience for you, Cratefull will donate the unsold property to a local charity. You will not be compensated for donated items.
The consignment period for any item is set for 180 days, starting from the date the item is first listed for sale by Cratefull.
Due to the nature of our consignment business, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing. Returns are only accepted in the rare event that Cratefull makes a significant error (such as an item being "not as described"). In these cases, we handle the resolution directly to ensure fairness.
You will receive a commission based on a percentage of the "Net Sale Price". The Net Sale Price is the final selling price minus any third-party marketplace fees (such as eBay or Shopify fees) and shipping costs paid by Cratefull. Payouts for items that have been sold, shipped, and delivered in a calendar month are processed by the 15th of the following month.
Cratefull uses its professional expertise to set a listing price that maximizes the potential return for your item. You grant Cratefull full discretion to set this price, as well as the right to manage all promotions, markdowns, and offers to secure a sale.
